Warranty Watchdog — Terms of Use

License

Ignis Algos Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Warranty Watchdog on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Free tier and one-time unlock

• The free tier tracks up to 5 items.
• Unlimited items are available as a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play (currently $2.99). It is not a subscription and never renews or charges again.
• The unlock is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on your devices with the app's restore-purchases option.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policies.

Reminders

Expiry dates and reminders are calculated from the information you enter. We work to make them accurate, but you are responsible for verifying warranty terms with your retailer or manufacturer, and reminder delivery can be affected by your device's battery and notification settings. The app is a record-keeping aid, not a guarantee that a claim will be honored.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignis Algos Inc.'s liability for claims arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
